My only negative comment would be that the phone quote I received over the phone should have been framed better by telling me, ?Without seeing the area, the approximate cost would be $115.00. Once our carpet guy sees the area the cost may differ? Ron charged me $154.25. This could be construed as bate and switch by many. I will use you again and was very happy with the work done."
